DeFi Consulting

Strategic advisory for protocols and institutions navigating DeFi. I bring a dual perspective — five years in bank security and eHealth, (ISO 27001, PKI, eIDAS, HSM, gematik audits) at Security Research and Consulting GmbH and five years building and analyzing on-chain systems. Engagements cover protocol design review, risk framework development, yield strategy, tokenomics analysis, governance participation, and education. If you need someone who can speak to both a compliance officer, a Solidity dev and a regulator, that’s the overlap I live in.

Curator Intelligence Tooling

Custom tooling for DeFi curators and analysts. I build and maintain intelligence infrastructure across Spectra, Pendle, Morpho, and Curve ecosystems, including gauge voting analysis, bribe optimization, tokenomics modeling, governance research, and educational materials for institutional clients. I also build MCP server integrations and AI tooling for DeFi workflows. If you need systematic intelligence, not just data, this is where I work.

MetaVault Operations

End-to-end operations of MetaVaults on Spectra and Pendle. I handle strategy design, rebalancing, allocation, and protocol-level monitoring — so you get a professionally managed MetaVault without needing to hire in-house. I run the strategies across Spectra and Pendle markets, tracking points, optimizing yield, and assist in managing risk exposure on an ongoing basis.

Vault Health Audits

Structured, one-time review of existing MetaVaults position. I look at allocation efficiency, fee drag, collateral risk, liquidity concentration, and missed optimization opportunities. You get a written report with prioritized recommendations that are actionable, not theoretical. Designed for curators who want an outside expert view before making structural changes.

Engagement Models

Retainer — Ongoing operational support, monitoring, and advisory. Typically structured as a monthly engagement with defined scope and response time. Best fit for vault operations and active curator relationships.

Consulting engagement — Project-based work with clear deliverables. Can cover a vault health audit, a strategy design sprint, a governance review, or tooling build. Scoped upfront, delivered on time.
